Of course at Veterans Today, the favorite site for white supremacist veteran truther conspiracy nutjobs for Ron Paul, the real story comes out that this was a murder by the Mexican drug cartel that the US is covering up to make it look like a murder suicide. Writer Mike Harris has quoted J.T. Ready in previous stories at Veterans Today, old pals..

Cover Up in Arizona, Cartel Murder Suspected, Military, FBI, ICE, Homeland Security Flood Area(Updated hourly)
5 Dead, Former “Suicide” Brings Task Force, FBI, ICE, Drugs, Terrorism, Extremists

By Mike Harris Onsite in AZ

Miltary trucks are arriving at the murder scene in Arizona, The FBI, ICE, Homeland Security, State and local forces all there for what the news across the nation and the world had wrongly reported as a murder suicide involving a believed one time militant extremist.

The police press conference today, blaming the incident in domestic violence is a “cop out” as far as we are concerned. The police say the military has to be there because the “ammunition and ordinance” stored in the home was too confusing for normal people to deal with, like, perhaps, to “leave there” as they should.

Various reports indicate that the FBI, DHS, and others were called in because of the discovery of 40mm armor piercing grenades.

I'm trying to track down what they could be talking about, since these articles note that the grenades are used in conjunction with a launcher, but the launcher wasn't found. They could be referring to a variant of an RPG-7 armor piercing round of this sort.

That could indicate that someone else in Ready's group(s) knew of the equipment and/or provided the gear.

I would expect to hear of arrests in coming weeks of others in Ready's group for having these illegal arms (along with new details of how they came to be in possession of them in the first place - such as stolen from approved military stocks, etc.)

40 mm stuff, to be fired from an M203 or M79.

Yes, that's another possibility, and the launcher is vastly more concealable than the RPG-7 above. It can be underslung on a rifle of the sort that Ready is known to possess.

Either way, we're talking about gear that civilians should have no need for.

Ready's ex-wife, Arline Lindgren, knew that he had started associating with white supremacist groups when they were married in the late 1990s, her brother, Adam Lindgren, said. The couple divorced in 2003.

Lindgren said he got into a few arguments with Ready but that they were never violent. He said Ready had a temper, but "not a violent temper, that I was aware of." He said he never saw Ready be violent toward anybody.

Ready was "very, very opinionated. He would argue with you until ... well, just keep arguing with you," he said.
