What gets me is not so much that this Rep. Bob Kingsbury is a moonbat kook but that the GOP higher ups are scared shitless in confronting their Tea Party moonbat base which is probably all the core of the GOP right now.

This is hilarious even for TP kook.

Is this man a Spartan? Because 'keep them by their mothers until they're six, and then teach them to box' has a mysteriously familiar ring to it.

Doesn't America have some sort of version of the British statute of praemunire - that you aren't allowed to appeal to any outside power as higher than your own country's? 'Cuz that's what this guy's doing when he tries to openly link legislation to Magna Carta. I realize that he could make a legalistic case for it - "all American law is based on British law blahblahblah (in which case, I demand a Monarchy, but that's a different story)" - but it sounds more than a little goofy to me...

Now it makes sense why they hate the gays so much.

// Just to continue with that historical reference. :-P

Yeah, lets make Boxing, a sport that uses less protective head gear than Football/Hockey and whose main goal is to physically beat your opponent unconscious, a required physed course for all Males 14-18 years old.

//What could go wrong.
