There is little in the world that is more un-American than what Bachmann and those other dimwits are doing here.

Simply raising the question

Now, where have I heard that phrase before?

Ah yes, on the idiotic Hunt for the Not-Missing Birth Certificate.

Now, two things can be happening here. Either Bolton went to Gaffney’s radio show with Romney blessing, or he went on his own. If Romney approved (or at least knew) that Bolton would say this (that Bachmann is right on her witch hunt raising the question), Bolton is safe. If Romney didn't know Bolton's opinion on the matter, Romney won't do anything because he'd be too afraid to anger his "allies", so Bolton is again safe.

Either way, Romney will try to ignore this question (if the MSM raises the question) as long as he can.

re: #2 andres

Ah yes, on the idiotic Hunt for the Not-Missing Birth Certificate.

It's a "question" that Gaffney himself has "raised" a few times recently.

And Bolton has no problem at all appearing with someone who spews this and other kinds of tinfoilhattery.

And Mittens has no problems at all having an adviser who is willing to rub elbows with someone who spews this and other kinds of tinfoilhattery.

Why? Because to these wingnuts, it isn't tinfoilhattery, it's a legitimate question that the "liberal media" won't raise because they're "in the tank for Obama."

Ironically, there's a Bachmann ad on the main page.

Bolton is Romney's foreign policy adviser. Maybe we should ask Mitt what he thinks of this but I think I already know the sad answer we'd get.

Trump Completes Testimony in Chicago Trial, Tells Reporters Plaintiff Tried to ‘Rip’ Him Off
A scowling Donald Trump raised his voice on the witness stand Wednesday while an attorney grilled him and then rolled his eyes at the "Apprentice" star's answers, prompting a federal judge to scold both men in open court and order them to behave. The Greatest (Movie) Speech Ever Made
73 years later is still relevant and powerful as ever. It's also because of this movie that Charlie Chaplin was labelled a "premature anti-fascist."

4 Things We Should Remember When Arguing About Politics
Political discourse in America has reached levels of douchebaggery previously only theorized about but never observed, like conversational dark matter. We're in a whole new world of hating people based solely on their opinions on a few key issues, and since this is unexplored territory, our conversations about politics are usually only a couple notches beyond the "hold your breath until the other ...

LAPD Reformed as Federal Oversight Lifted, City Leaders Say
Los Angeles leaders say the Los Angeles Police Department has undergone a dramatic transformation since federal oversight of the agency was ordered 12 years ago. The dismissal Wednesday of the so-called consent decree, which arose largely out of the Rampart corruption scandal and addressed basic problems of accountability that stretched back decades, delivered a largely symbolic, but nonetheless important milestone for the LAPD ...

What to do in Orange County - LA - San Diego
Seems a good way to solicit ideas for touristing destinations and activities. Will have 4-5 days so some opportunity for visiting multiple sites. Sam Harris: The Fireplace Delusion
I hate to have to point this out, but: I DID NOT WRITE THIS ESSAY. I'm just READING IT ALOUD. See it through to the end before posting, please. The source:samharris.org Next ...
