The next day the photo was removed from the company’s website and an apology was posted there.

Company director Sven Linros said, according to DzD.ee portal, “Hitler killed himself because he got a gas bill … a lot of people laugh at this, but I do not.

That is one f***ed-up apology.

"We're not trying to make light of the holocaust and nazis evil, but Hitler killed himself over a gas bill. Get it? Huh, huh? ... Nevermind, it wasn't supposed to be funny anyways."

The picture was intended for a narrow group of people.

Which narrow group of people? (as if we couldn't guess) You really think it's a good idea to target that kind of clientele? Apparently so.

We wanted to clarify that the CH4 gas is not toxic and can be used to heat buildings even those with such a sad history.”

Hey, lets do business with someone who completely missed the point. He seems like pretty smart businessman. /sarc

The American right wing or the Military Industrial Complex types in DC supported these neo-nazy nationalists in the Baltics because they were anti-Russian and for some reason they don't want to let go of their Russo-phobe animosity - or maybe they want Putin to roll over and allow the west into Russia's natural resources - I don't know - but I do know the west gives cover to these Baltic neo nazi regimes and Republicans and Conservatives really love the right wing Estonian regime (and the Baltic racist regimes in general - same with Croatia which re-emerged from Yugoslavia using their nazi era symbols).

Here are examples of Freeper conservatives backing the Estonian neo-nazi regime since the Bush era:

An example of what American right wingers say in support of Estonia's regime which rehabilitated the nazi era regime as 'anti-communist freedom fighters':

If I were Estonian, I would be far more resentful of the Russian occupation than the Nazi one. After all, the Nazi occupation was brief in comparison.

by Leena Hietanen and Petri Krohn

TALLINN―The rehabilitation of Nazi collaborators here in Estonia reached its climax on 14 February 2012, when the Estonian Parliament adopted a declaration sponsored by Defense Minister Mart Laar, in which all who took up arms against the Soviet Union were recognized as “freedom fighters.” The act that parliament passed on Valentine’s Day 2012 was a victory for many far right and pro-Nazi forces in society, and also a big personal achievement for Defense Minister Mart Laar in Estonian politics. Nevertheless, he had to give up his duties as minister of defense for health reasons on 6 May 2012. He is recovering from a stroke he suffered on 18 February, four days after “his” law was passed.

The new defense minister Urmas Reinsalu has welcomed the Valentine’s Day Law with a publicly stated wish to see in Tallinn “ one day soon” a new statue erected specifically for the “freedom fighters” rehabilitated by the act.

European foreign policy of the Barack Obama administration - Estonia

Estonia is and remains a small but important ally of the United States in Afghanistan.[citation needed] On June 16, 2009 President Obama and his National Security Advisor James Jones met the Estonian Head of State Toomas Hendrik Ilves, who was on a working visit to the United States of America, in Washington.[citation needed] The main issues that were discussed at the meeting in the White House included the global economic recession, trans-Atlantic relations, the transparency and credibility of NATO as an organization established to protect its allies, and the current situation in Afghanistan, the most important foreign mission of the alliance.[citation needed] President Ilves affirmed that while Estonia, like its allies, had suffered severe losses, they would go all the way and will not desert the mission in Afghanistan.

Who knew that Obama was a sekrit Freeper. //

This would be like a rope company showing lynched blacks in their advertising.

This would be like a rope company showing lynched blacks in their advertising.

Then, making a funny, and insisting that they feel really bad about lynching.

And to think I was pissed off when a gym used the "I have a dream" speech for an ad.

Wait he actually visited Auschwitz and he still thought this was a tasteful ad? These guys are not only insensitive pricks spitting on the memories of the dead but they're incredibly stupid too.

Yes, and he felt baaaad. So now, he should be allowed to do this without anyone getting on his case, right?

I am trying to figure out why an article linking to Estonia's ruling party rehabilitating Nazis (and thus explaining why such a callous attitude exists about the holocaust in Estonia) gets a downding.

America foreign policy backs the worst kind of people.

When it comes to foreign policy there is not much difference between left and right in America.

Clinton started the Kosovo war, Bush supported the Kosovo war. Bush started the Iraq war, Hillary Clinton supported the Iraq war. Obama is a rare exception in that he was sot of against the Iraq war - but continued it after he came into office - and US troops are still in Iraq.

So, yea, in terms of foreign policy Obama is - like all presidents in the post Vietnam era - hawks. I am still waiting for the freaking Pentagon budget to be cut.

Yes, yes, Obama should be making all nicey-nice with Russia and Venezeuela and let them be the major police powers of their quarters of the globe. Shall we tell Japan and Korea that from now on China's assuring their safety, too? We could even call it some sort of Greater Asian--oh, wait, I can't go any further on this one.

We get it; in your view the US should kneecap itself and be a regional power at best. You back the second-worst autocracy in the world to replace us, though. Why do you keep coming around here and spouting hatred for anything that opposes Russia?

Did I say the USA should be nice to Russia? Because you hate Russia you are OK with backing Estonians who rehabilitate their Nazi past?

I bet you are as long as they are hostile to Russia. It is in a long tradition of American ass-hat ism where we backed jihadis in Afghanistan or dictators around the world as long as they were on 'our' side against the Ruskies.

So what you are saying is... if someone doesn't like Putin they must hate Russia.

Ok.
