Good article. Thank you.

The problem is the religious and or right wing in America and Israel's Netanyahu coalition of crackpot religious and or right wing kooks.

I'll just ask these questions and let you answer, and that's it for my comments.

What problem do you mean? That many American Jews may not vote for the President or that, per the first President Bush, Israel has not faced harsh enough penalties from the US, or do you mean something else?

That's it. Movin' on.

It is clear to me Netanyahu and his allies are working with the Republican party to try and sabotage Obama's re-election.

The fact that both the GOP and the Likuds are composed of religious and or right wing kooks is self evident.

Right.

The problem isn't the kooks and murderous religious crackpots in Tehran.

Ask Neda Soltan's parent who the bigger problem is.

Evidence?

Or just wishful thinking on your part?

And if that is the case, why is Obama supporting Israel?

Evidence provided curtesy of the Jerusalem Post:

Netanyahu has a well-deserved reputation for meddling in American politics and has had rocky relations with Democratic presidents during his two terms as prime minister. He has known Romney since their days in finance in Boston and they share a number of friends, advisors and financial backers. With such an overlap, it is not out of the question that the two camps are coordinating their strategy for maximum political impact.

It is hard to watch the debate in Israel and not come away with the impression that while the Iranian nuclear threat is the nation’s number one strategic concern, the urgency coming out of the top leadership is motivated in some part by a desire to exploit Obama’s political vulnerability by drawing the United States into a conflict the president feels it – and he – can ill afford.

No, this an opinion piece.

And by means legitimate evidence.

Remember it is Iran publicly threatening Israel- and America.

It's true that the Israeli government has been far more on the GOP side, and not in the least bit neutral. It's not 'sabotage', but it is an untoward level of side-taking in the US election and they should stop doing stupid shit like giving Glenn Beck awards.

Is this a case of 'Do as I say, not as I do'?

Didn't we try to influence the Egyptian elections in a big way?

BTW, for anyone who's envisioning a scruffy hippie kid, this is Haim Saban.

Yes, Researchok, if there are bad Arab people, that means there are no bad Israelis or Americans. That makes SO much sense.
If one lives in a different dimension, devoid of reality.

This is a great line:
When I enter the voting booth, I’m going to ask myself, what do I prefer for Israel and its relationship with the United States: meaningful action or empty rhetoric? To me the answer is clear: I’ll take another four years of Mr. Obama’s steadfast support over Mr. Romney’s sweet nothings.
It's just so much easier to accuse Obama of being anti Israel because it justifies per-concieved biases.
