Yes to all.

It's difficult, sometimes, to remember that a Pages Post is a Blog Post that is meant to be accessible to the entire net. It's easy, and I know I am guilty, to rant and rave and post things that are probably better posted in a thread. Items I want to share with all Lizardom, but don't really belong as their own stand alone blog article --you get my meaning.

Lizards are very lucky that Charles provides us with this platform. I know I need to hit the tip jar, as a not very net savvy person, I forget how much other's pay for what Charles provides to us for free.

That said, I'm broke this week. Your point about including the Amazon link is a very good one. I do try to always to that. Hopefully, it defrays some of the cost Charles incurs.

On days I'm lazy I abuse these tips myself, but I try to develop better habits over time.

Excellent reiteration of the style tips, thank you.

Regarding item 16-A, if I'm not mistaken a while back Charles made it so that people can no longer link their Page titles directly to an external site like they used to. It's not something I have or would do, so I've never tried it, but maybe you can confirm if that's correct and remove that item.

Everything else looks great. I can't think of anything to add at the moment.

You are correct, I'll fix that.

Now if we could have a button to increase font size we could accent the first few words of a post without using bold or italics and really be styling.

Well thought out post.

Great! I'd like to emphasize number five, and of course I'd also like to emphasize number 13.

One more note about Tags. The 'Suggest Tags' button is nifty and helpful, but it won't give you everything that's important to tag, and it will give you lots of stuff that's useless or really goofy. (I sometimes use a goofy suggestion for fun.) Be sure that the people important to the article are named, and not necessarily the way the 'Suggest Tags' button names them. For instance, you might need to remove a person's title to make the name more searchable.

I'm gonna keep bumping this back to the top of the featured list for a while. I also added a note about the H6 subheadings I added to the post.

And I added your note about tags, ww.

I need to add something about image size guidelines, too. Sometimes people use images inside of blockquotes that are too wide and get cut off. The basic rule of thumb is if it's in the main body of the post, it can be up to 560 pixels wide. If it's inside a blockquote it should be no more than 480 pixels wide.

The update on #14 and its use here are very nice.

thanx for reposting this randall

Every time I take time to re-read this I find myself editing it again. It amazes me how much you can improve your writing simply by putting it away awhile and then coming back and re-reading with a critical eye. I wish I had this kind of time to spend on all posts.

Changed 9 to read this way, fix it if you want to emphasize the size limits first, make the photo credit secondary in the section:

Use an asterisk and note the photo credit at bottom of the post or in the photo caption if you are using someone else's photograph. Use the photographer's name and the source site if you have both, if not use the source site. When posting images they should be 560 pixels wide or less in the full body of the post, or no more than 480 pixels wide when used inside a block quote section.

re: #7 Charles Johnson

I was completely unaware of the H6 tags. Thanks.

I had a comment (criticism) but by the time I refreshed the page you'd already changed it. Good job! :)
