How about coming down to help cut up all the downed trees that are blocking the roads, leaning dangerously on houses and power lines? Or volunteer at a shelter where scared homeowners are fearful about the state of their homes.
You and your friend Ryan could also help feed the first responders and exhausted firefighters, although from what I gather- you will only be in the way.
You could then swing over to New Jersey and pick up all the debris off the roads. I’m sure your bus could handle that.
I’ve been watching the press conferences. From the governors, mayors, county executives, town supervisors and village trustees- all these leaders are giving timely information on what to do and what not to do.
At no time have any of them put a call out for canned goods.
