I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that politics is the least of the problems going on in that household.

Voter intimidation is a federal crime. Not sure how the laws might apply here. The family will incur some financial hardship over this.

+1

There has to be a lot more going on in a marriage before a presidential election triggers something like this. IMO she's using the re-election of Obama as an excuse. Give that man the house, the car, the kids, alimony, etc. She's clearly unhinged.

My guess is Fox News and/or World Net Daily contributed in ways alcohol and drugs cannot compete with.

Speaking of World Nut Daily, has someone checked in on them to see how they're handling the election results?

I hope the husband's lawyer lists her favorite right-wing media outlets as co-defendants.

True story...20 years ago a man walked down the street to his girlfriend's house and told her he was breaking up with her. She had been drinking. He should have waited until the morning. She was so upset she got in her pickup, drove down the street, and ran him over. She then put it in reverse and ran him over again. She then went forward one more time and finished him off. She proceeded to call the cops then sat down and opened a beer to wait for them.

The crazy part was at the trial she was convicted with murder. Her sentence? A weekend in jail.

Was this in Texas?

Badly of course, although perhaps not quite as badly as Fox News.

My husband refuses to vote. I disapprove, strongly, but I can't quite imagine running him over in the case of a Romney victory.

This poor man has got to get a restraining order, and get as far away from this gal and her SUV as humanly possible.

The guy could have voted a million times, it still wouldn't have changed the results of the Electoral College.

It's said that he proudly and defiantly proclaimed "The decision not to choose is also a valid choice!" as he went under the wheels.

Or maybe not.

Exodus International: “I Am Sorry”
Never in a million years would I intentionally hurt another person. The GOP Dilemma Over the Voting Rights Act
It's particularly heavy baggage for Republicans. While Democrats and civil rights groups stand largely united behind the broadest interpretations of the Voting Rights Act, for Republicans it's a trickier matter. On one hand, they are eager to reach out to minority voters. They eagerly tout their charismatic, high-profile minority officeholders like Sens. Tim Scott or South Carolina and Ted Cruz of Texas, Nikki Haley ...

Jack Shafer: Snowden vs the Dragons
Reuters: But even the press in aggregate is not a friend to whistle-blowers, as its recent treatment of Snowden attests, what with the deep dives into his teen years (including photos), his education and employment history, his reputation as a loner and a “brainiac,” his pants-down hijinks, his online scribblings, his dancer girlfriend, his predilection for (in his own words) “post-coital Krispy Kremes.” Squeezing ...
