The media often present a narrative biased against Israel,
I am pretty sure the American media is as pro Israel as it gets.

Which media outlets are anti israel? I agree with Destro, I have yet to see one area of the media question Israel's "Right to defend itself." ...and forget about all this... did you happen to catch the election season, even as far back as the primaries? Love of Israel, and an undying pledge to defend it, was such a prerequisite you'd think it was in the constitution...

Right, you haven't seen the BBC and their fauxtography.
You haven't read the Reuters slanted narrative that keeps reporting as if it was Israel that started this.
I suppose if you are going to ignore what CAMERA is reporting, you would miss it.

Destro has linked to a great example as well when he posted an article that said that "Pillar of Defense was not about security" (Why? Just because the author says so.)
A great example of NOT being "as pro Israel as it gets".

BBC is hardly the American media, first off... Secondly, a couple of stories do not represent the majority of coverage by American media outlets. Third, I stand by my observations of the election process and the role of Israel as a virtual protectorate of the US, especially when it comes to a possible nuclear Iran... Fourth, I asked which media outlets were anti israel, I didn't say "name 3 stories in which isael's motives are questioned." I said, and still maintain, even after your 4 posts, that every media outlet has repeated the refrain that Israel "has the right to defend itself." Fifth, CAMERA glosses over a lot of minutia and facts that are extremely relevant to the 'facts' they portray, context is everything. CAMERA lumps all rocket attacks of the last 10 years into one crime, which I disagee with. Any rockets fired during the 2004 incursion, for instance, I see as possibly retalitory, despite the reasons for the incursion. Also, CAMERA makes no distinction, at convenient moments, between HAMAS and the West bank plo. CAMERA also Makes no mention of the political assassinations, as if every rocket launched, and every violent action exists in a vacuum. It's a complex situation, and as someone who does not have a dog in the fight, I can honestly say there is bias, but not in the American media as a whole, and mostly in favor of Israel.
