Idaho State Sen. Sheryl Nuxoll (R) amplified a debunked theory circulating (on) Tea Party blogs, that claims Romney still has a chance to win if enough states refuse to participate in the Electoral College.

You can't make this stuff up.

It's amazing how much these Constitutional scholars do not understand the fundamentals of the Constitution

They really are very bad losers, aren't they?

For them the Constitution is like the Bible; it gives them handy excuses to do whatever they want to do.

Nuxoll linked to the debunked idea in a tweet, afterward telling the Spokane Spokesman-Review ‘I don’t know if it’s realistic’. Really, Sparky? Tenuous hold on reality there. Fine job of reinforcing my belief that a vote for any GOP candidate is a vote for lunacy.

Screw the will of the people. We want the guy who we'd turn on in a second over the guy we despise because we're stupid fucks!

Her latest statement

Electoral college:
I floated an idea out there on November 19 about the electoral college. Our country is a country of opportunity to discuss ideas and effect progress and change. I believe in less government, more opportunity and I will fight for that motto because of my love for this state and country and our exceptionalism. But there is no upside to division in our country now since we are all in this together. Some have rejected the idea, so lets drop it and continue on. To villify me because you don't like the idea is unnecessary.

Sorry Sherry, it is actually very necessary.

The only important take-away here is she, and the conservative movement of which she is a part, are the real victims here. So everybody stop criticizing her. /

Her Blog Posting is now featured on "Conservative Fact Check" where they call her an "American Hero" for proposing this.

Anyone here still strongly believe that site isn't a Poe?
The "Why ask" rebuttal comment is mine.

 Frank says:

Interviewer:
The notion of a "guitar solo" has preconceptions based on it; people automatically refute it because it's supposed to be self-indulgent or "for musicians." It's almost like things become iconographic and somehow lose their value for outsiders.

Zappa:
Well, whose fault is that? That's what writers do. Musicians don't do that. The average person doesn't sit around thinking about the "iconographic problems of a guitar solo." -- Interview for Musician magazine, by Matt Resnicoff, November 1991. Reprinted in July 1995 Issue.
