Reality seems to have McCain in a choke hold. At this point he needs to dress in a Big Red Bow Tie with Clown Shoes and answer every question with a Howdy Doody Clarabell Horn.

Honestly, I’m not sure whether to be annoyed by the senator’s nonsense or feel sorry for him

Feel sorry for us, because this senile old backstabber is still in the Senate. Seriously, if I had been the person to unleash Sarah Palin onto the country, I'd be spending all of my time apologizing for my hideous lack of judgement, not questioning the judgement of others.

This story, more than anything drives me up the wall.

Instead of a substantive discussion re policy protocol, security, communications, etc., these GOP morons insist on politicizing what is a non event.

The problem which needs to be looked at are security protocols, not political responses!

I think McCain bought a FOX narrative that some political aid or think tanker or lobbyist thought up which has now proven false and now can't walk it back.

I'm annoyed by it. He knows just what he's doing and how dishonest it is.

Preventing Poverty Not Allowed As A Goal for Charity
