Stunts like these show why we can't afford to have the current Republicans in power. They simply do whatever they think will get them a few moments of screen time, and ignore what this could cost the country on an international scale.

If Obama is such a bosom buddy of Al Qaeda, why did he have its leader killed? Answer that, Loony Louie?

/What a maroon.

There's nothing funny about this human hemorrhoid. Perfect example of a dangerous lying piece of shit. Louie has no Nation, only party. I would call it evil, because he knows what he's doing.

We should not criticize Rep. Gohmert it could cost the White House valuable goodwill with Republicans.

The Republican Party is not going to start praising Obama if he avoids criticizing Gohmert. Plus the Democratics should use his stupidity against him. Whoever is going to be his democratic opponent come next election should run an ad with all his stupid statements.

Good Question, and I don't think Gohmert will be able to answer it, without looking stupid again, unless he's willing to admit he's wrong, which I doubt will happen any time soon.

Did you see the body?

Obama actually had him hidden so he could get the medical care he needed, then when the time is needed for bin Laden to come back, he will, as if freshly arisen from the dead. He will then lead his people to a glorious triumph over the Christian forces and establish the New Islam Caliphate.

Explains why he killed their leader and various lieutenants. I'd love someone in the press to ask Louie the Stupid that but he'd probably have something even more stupid in response.

The Texas Constitution, Art. V sec. 16, charges the state with responsibility for the well-being of all "idiots, lunatics, persons non compos mentis, and common drunkards."

If they lived up to this, most of our political class would be on welfare.

It was just a satirical poke at that idiotic WP article we were all laughing at yesterday. That was their phrase...

The Greatest (Movie) Speech Ever Made
73 years later is still relevant and powerful as ever. It's also because of this movie that Charlie Chaplin was labelled a "premature anti-fascist."

Your Weekly Peggy Noonan Three Martini Column
We are in the midst of the worst Washington scandal since Watergate. The reputation of the Obama White House has, among conservatives, gone from sketchy to sinister, and, among liberals, from unsatisfying to dangerous. No one likes what they're seeing. The Justice Department assault on the Associated Press and the ugly politicization of the Internal Revenue Service have left the administration's credibility deeply, ...

4 Things We Should Remember When Arguing About Politics
Political discourse in America has reached levels of douchebaggery previously only theorized about but never observed, like conversational dark matter. We're in a whole new world of hating people based solely on their opinions on a few key issues, and since this is unexplored territory, our conversations about politics are usually only a couple notches beyond the "hold your breath until the other ...

LAPD Reformed as Federal Oversight Lifted, City Leaders Say
Los Angeles leaders say the Los Angeles Police Department has undergone a dramatic transformation since federal oversight of the agency was ordered 12 years ago. The dismissal Wednesday of the so-called consent decree, which arose largely out of the Rampart corruption scandal and addressed basic problems of accountability that stretched back decades, delivered a largely symbolic, but nonetheless important milestone for the LAPD ...

What to do in Orange County - LA - San Diego
Seems a good way to solicit ideas for touristing destinations and activities. Will have 4-5 days so some opportunity for visiting multiple sites.
