I remember when I used to ask people around here "How much will it cost to NOT pass the ACA?"

Never did get a straight answer, probably 'cuz it would have involved saying they were against it for bullshit reasons.

I actually think deep down inside, the conservatives welcome Sharia law. They love the idea of chopping off hands of criminals and stoning loose women and homosexuals, etc.

In fact before al-Qaeda, the far right was in love with fundamentalist Islam (see Rambo, Part 3) and I recall approval of Sharia law by freepers before 9/11.

I think deep down inside the right are afraid of Sharia the same reason they are afraid of homosexuality - because they are attracted to it.

Absolutely. That's money that should have gone to the insurance companies. How are the executives supposed to pay for their vacation houses and yachts if they have to worry about their pissant customers?
