I guess am an "Assad apologist" and my support for Obama is well known. I don't trust the FSA's links with Saudi like fundamentalism and think rebels are motivates more by religious rivalries rather than for democracy. I don't trust another "Muslim Bortherhood" state that may arise out of "liberated" Syria if the FSA forces win (and they may win).

I hope I am proven wrong.

I also worship Satan and perform sacrifices on the full moon, FYI.

The USA also supports vicious tyrants without hesitation - see the Arabian peninsula - so spare me the yankee doodle freedom loving moral outrage.

The Baathists supporting Assad are every bit as evil as AQ, and they are tightly allied with tribal nationalist neo nazis (the same outfit that beat up Christopher Hitchens, but I can't recall their name.)

There is no such thing as evil. Please don't use supernatural terms to describe things to me. And AQ financing Saudi Arabis is our ally. How many Ba'athist attacks on American cities do you know of?
