Outrageous. But not surprising in the least.

...Actually it's some of his other statements which make him the douche he is; questioning the legitimacy of what were essentially criminal procedures based on specific norms ex post facto (given that criminal law especially up to that point was based either on written explicit legislation or rather old common law) is something plenty of legitimate legal scholars do.
Hell, I'd say the Nuremburg results (dead nazis) were fine. It would have been slightly more appropriate to say "well, here's a political decision to execute anyone who fits these criteria, and we'll have some guys who in their day jobs are magistrates around to weed out any false positives" rather than calling it a (relatively) conventional criminal trial, though.
However, that is pretty much a semantic point, a slight disagreement as to the means to get to basically the same end.
So saying Nuremburg might not have been entirely 'legitimate' as a *criminal* *court* can be a respectable view. What this dufus is doing is denying the legitimacy of the results - Which is something completely different.

I like to focus on the positive side of an organization and not dwell on the negative. When it comes to the UN, I bet they have a really nice cafeteria.

Sorry but when you're a hero to Holocaust deniers, you have no legitimate position on anything.

Sent my letter.

Probably, but I'd rather eat where I don't have to inhale the stench of ineffectual corruption.
