Not buying it. Reproductive endocrinology is VERY complicated stuff, they cannot even fix women with big RE problems let alone install all of the necessary components in a man. Sorry, I smell BULLSHIT.

It’s a case of mass gender confusion. Woman becomes a “man”, but keeps the plumbing.
Let’s just say “mom” gonna have a hard time feeding junior with all that chest hair.
Ah, my confusion… she kept her goodies, then that clears things up a bit.
On a side note, quoted “He is a man”… just because he has changed his paperwork…No “Y” chromosome then she’s not man.
