I rather enjoy her. She's like the crazy neighbor you secretly love to hear gossip about. She cracks me up.

I know...a rather sick guilty pleasure.

I don't share your amusement. Orly Taitz is a one hit flop wonder. I'm bored to tears. I'd rather not hear about Taitz anymore. Unless the headline is something like "Orly Finally Calls it Quits."

I can't help it. Her ignorance. Her oft changed professions. Her tin foil brain. Her persistence of looneyness. And her constant smack downs by court after court. Yes, I wish she'd go away. She wastes time and resources. But, seriously, I LMAO whenever I read about her. She's not a few fries short of a Happy Meal, she's completely lost her McNuggets.

Hawaii computerized all their records decades ago, when Obama requested a new copy of his birth certificate they simply printed one on a computer printer, just as they would any other birth certificate. The certificate form itself means nothing, it is the stamp of the Clerk of the Court or State Registrar upon it that makes it an official state document.

The Birth Certificate is official, it has been certified as being official by the State of Hawaii and by members of both parties congressional delegations from the State of Hawaii. It is simply ridiculous to claim that the birth certificate is a forgery when if Obama requested and paid for them the State of Hawaii would gladly print him up and stamp another hundred copies tomorrow. What part of this don't the birthers understand?

This is not some historical document that was stored in a vault somewhere since Obama was born, only the birth registration books are actually stored. When someone requests a copy of their birth certificate they are looked up and their information is copied from the registration books. Then a new birth certificate is printed out to be signed and stamped.

Orly Taitz has no legal grounds whatsoever to contest the validity of a Birth Certificate that was legally issued, certified, and is attested to by the State of Hawaii. They issued the document and if they certify that it is valid then it is, res ipsa loquitur, "the thing speaks for itself."

This entire birther nonsense is nothing but a waste of the courts time and taxpayer dollars. The courts should be imposing more sanctions against Taitz to recover the money wasted on her irrational vendetta against Obama.

Mitt Romney released an image of his MI birth certificate and it looks nothing like the copy of my MI birth certificate that I obtained in 1971, because the format has changed.

FORGERY!1!ty

The courts should fine Orly Taitz for all the docket time that is wasted for her frivolous nonsense suits.

From this last weekend...

BREAKING NEWS – Hawaii state registrar Alvin Onaka has publicly certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Barack Obama’s HI birth certificate is legally non-valid and the White House image is a forgery.

As reported to AL HENDERSHOT, Editor of The Obama Hustle.

Hawaii state registrar Alvin Onaka has publicly certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Barack Obama’s HI birth certificate is legally non-valid and the White House image is a forgery. He also confirmed to KS SOS Kris Kobach that the information contained in the White House image isNOT “identical to” that in the official record.

More total bullshit, Alvin Onaka responded to Bennett's written request for confirmation of the information as shown on Obama's birth certificate by affirming that the information is correct. But Bennett also asked Onaka to "verify that the WH image was a true and accurate representation of the original record on file."

The original record on file is the bound copy of the information in a birth registration book, it looks nothing like the birth certificate as printed on watermarked green scrolled security paper. The information is not listed in the same format either, so Onaka could not verify that the WH image was "identical to" the original record because it isn't, and never will be on any other birth certificate either. All Onaka could do was verify that the information presented on the document was factually correct and matched the official record, which he did.

Bennett declared himself satisfied and Arizona dropped its challenge to Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot. However the birthers have jumped on this "discrepancy" to once again declare the birth certificate a "forgery that even the Hawaii State Registrar will not certify as being authentic under oath." The mind boggles at how utterly stupid these people are...

I'm hoping for disbarment or sanctions that will bankrupt her.

Sheldon Adelson & the Koch Brothers?

re: #7 watching you tiny alien kittens are

It's the equivalent of person 1 asking, "Does A equal B?" and person 2 answering, "Yes, A is the same as B." Birthers then argue that since person 2 didn't use the word "equal", that somehow means that A is not equal to B.

Sheldon Adelson & the Koch Brothers?

I doubt it. It gains them nothing to fund her, and not funding her wouldn't bother any notable number people.

Sanctions, maybe, but disbarment would require a functioning California State Bar, and you'll have better luck winning the lottery than coming across that mythical body.
