I’m old enough to remember people hospitalized from measles in my neighborhood and the “Quarantined” signs on my block. I had a friend who had polio in his one foot. I guess he was just getting a “life experience” that he just didn’t know how to celebrate. What a total shithead this hack is. She should be bitch slapped with her book.

I’d like to see anti-vaxxers dying of the diseases they are working to make more prevalent.

I’m not sure I’d actually like to see that, but I wouldn’t shed a tear reading about it in the news.

I’d like to see no one but anti-vaxxers dying of the diseases they are working to make more prevalent, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way.

And then there are the hypocritical and cynical anti-vaxxers who hope that enough _other_ people get vaccinated to prevent the anti-vaxxer from ever getting exposed to the disease.

Amazon reviewers have not taken kindly to Messenger’s suggestion that measles can be an ‘adventure,’ either.

Anyone who thinks disease is an ‘adventure’ is like someone who thinks war is an ‘adventure’: They have never experienced either of those things full-force. Because those who have been very sick, or have really been in a serious firefight will tell you that fighting for your life is a horrifying experience, more likely to leave you with PTSD than to feel you’ve had an adventure.

Stephanie Messenger is a fool with head in the clouds, her thumb up her bum, and her wits nowhere.

Detroit Local Powers First EV Charging Road in North America The road, about a mile from Local 58's hall, uses rubber-coated copper inductive-charging coils buried under the asphalt that transfer power to a receiver pad attached to a car's underbelly, much like how a phone can be charged wirelessly. ...
