Better start the retroactive impeachment of John Marshall then- Andrew Jackson’s parents were both born in Northern Ireland. Seriously, this shit is so dumb.

The birther movement is now targeting Chief Justice John Roberts for impeachment if he swears in President Barack Obama for a second term later this month.

Craige McMillan, a columnist for the conservative publication WND.com, wrote a piece last week asking Roberts to not swear Obama in, because, according to McMillan, Obama does not meet the Constitution’s definition of a natural born citizen. In the piece, McMillan claims that Obama is not a citizen because his father was a citizen of Kenya and the United Kingdom, and that Obama cannot be “a natural born citizen” because his father was not an American citizen. Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was born and raised in Kansas by parents who were born in Kansas.

At least the birthers are out and out being racist now rather than hide behind the fake made up theory that Obama was born in Kenya and flew back to the USA later on.

The real heart of the birther - the birther theory that does not depend on birth certificates being real or not is the birther theory that both parents need be American citizens at the time of the child’s birth and in some cases both of the parents themselves have to be natural born citizens (naturalized citizens don’t impart natural born status to the child) just to be on the safe (as in white skin) side.

What they really mean by impeach is ‘murder’. They are not going to allow anyone to act in a manner of which they disapprove.

re: #5 Romantic Heretic

I’m tempted to ding you for that. Never exaggerate when the truth is already horrific, you only discredit your cause.
