Are Republicans old biddies or what? I see no such evidence of Hollywood style comedy movie eye rolling. Or are they really freaked out a “colored” is sitting at the lunch table and appears “uppity” to their racist eyes? I think the later?

I saw the eye rolling, thought it was funny. She could have been rolling her eyes at something her husband said, something that I’ve been known to do with mine. Or, she could have been rolling her eyes at Boehner. Either way, it’s not something to get outraged about. *eye roll*

The bigger scandal for many of our Media Villagers is that PBO’s inaugural yesterday was so mean and partisan and not very bipartisany at all. Pearls are being clutched and couches fainted on all around.

Michael Gerson, partisan speech writer for former president Duby Bush now writing on the op-ed page for the “liberal” Washington Post, was particularly dismayed at all the partisanship in Obama’s speech. Gerson had never seen so much partisan speechmaking since his own days as a partisan speech writer.

Damn. I should have invested in Clutchable Pearls™ years ago. The demand seems to be overwhelming. Is it too late to get in on fainting couches?
