At age 52 he probably won’t ever see freedom again, but he gets to keep his life, something he didn’t mind to helping to steal from 160 innocent people, including 7 kids between the ages of 4-15. Let him rot. *spit*

What is not is not said is that the way the world sees the USA as the underlying cause of these terrorist attacks that are backed by Pakistan and Saudi Arabians.

India and the USA have been hostile for decades since India was seen as being in the Soviet sphere so the USA looked the other way as the Pakistanis (America’s client state) would fund and train these terrorists, many a times with links to Saudi Arabia.

American’s really don’t get this aspect of their history and why the roots of 9/11 run through decades of American foreign policy’s links to Pakistani and Saudi intelligence (and in some cases the USA was sympathetic to Islamist causes like in Chechnya).

All you need to do is read Indian news and opinion where this sort of world view is mentioned over and over about the USA. Even today, the USA won’t back the Indian claim to Kashmir because of Pakistan.

Not all Americans are as clueless as you seem to think, Destro. I get the anger & resentment a lot of people around the world feel towards the U.S.—not all of it is unjustified. What is unjustifiable is killing innocent people.

If you have a beef with me over something I did to you and you come bomb my house, killing one of my children, does that justify me hunting down and murdering one of YOUR children? No, it does NOT. My rage & desire for revenge might be understandable, but the killing of innocents is unacceptable. There is no justice or honor or redemption in that.

I am not commenting on “morality” just motivations and insights of how people on the other end of US State Dept’s policies feel.
