An opinion people disagree with? Yeah that’s exactly what that was. No, you shouldn’t get death threats but you should be treated like a fucking douchebag because that’s exactly what you are.

Kincannon may want to be the next Rush Limbaugh.

After all, it is a sweet racket to get paid the big bucks to dump out the contents of the right wing cesspool in public.

3 Bulworth  Tue, Feb 5, 2013 1:35:49pm
Kincannon tweeted on Sunday night: “This Super Bowl sucks more dick than adult Trayvon Martin would have for drug money.” Later, during a power outage, he added: “It hasn’t been this dark in the Superdome since all those poors occupied it after Hurricane Katrina.”

Guess the GOPteabag is getting an early start in minority outreach for 2014.

Politically, the GOP is stuck at a local maximum. Any small deviation from their present condition of race-based animus will cost more in money/enthusiasm/votes from white ‘race realists’ than they can hope to gain by attracting minorities.

Kincannon is whining like a stuck pig, and he should, because he is so devoid of compassion for others that he stooped to demeaning a family’s loss of their child/relative. He shouldn’t receive death threats for what he tweeted, but I’m not so sure he has. It seems that some on the right have a different definition for the word “death threat.” Someone could have tweeted that they wanted to kick his ass, and he could have perceived this as a “death threat.” If he didn’t want to become a target of others’ outrage, he should have never thought that others don’t care for their kids the way he cares for his own. He tweeted what he tweeted because he knows there are few, if any, of those with whom he associates, who would disagree with him. It’s South Carolina, after all. Many people here in GA feel the same way—People of Color, like myself, don’t love our kids the way they love theirs; their love for their kids is superior to our love for ours, you know.

What was Trayvon Martin’s crime again? I don’t understand the animosity directed against this (deceased) kid.

Making the Florida stand your ground law look like the evil idea that it is.

re: #5 majii

It’s not just people with a lot of skin pigment that they think that about. Many of these morons actually believe that civilized people that approve of family planning hate their children because they support abortion rights. It’s totally bonkers, but you can’t be accepted by Republicans these days without being utterly mad.

He was black and he got an asshole with a Rambo complex in trouble.

Or translated as “Why can’t I call a N+++++ a N+++++? It’s a N+++++. What’s the big deal?” The only way Kincannon could “enlighten” anyone is to always wear either a T Shirt or Ball Cap that has “I’M A HUGE JERKOFF!” on it. Wasn’t he involved in a sexing problem?

12 EPR-radar  Tue, Feb 5, 2013 6:40:22pm

Hey you, Kincannon.

I think it is time for a conversation in this country about why many conservatives can’t express themselves without being racist, misogynist, and homophobic bigots.

Let’s have that conversation.

13 moderatelyradicalliberal  Tue, Feb 5, 2013 6:42:11pm

I don’t care if he is getting death threats, he can fuck off and die in a fire and decrease the surplus population of mean, stupid and ignorant racists.

14 BroncD  Tue, Feb 5, 2013 8:04:22pm

Give the guy some credit. You know how hard it was for him to write “those poors” instead of “those coloreds?”

You think that’s the term he had a hard time not using? I can think of another.

Obamacare Will Be a Debacle — for Republicans
Well, the preliminary numbers for CA are in -- and they're looking very good, with costs coming in below expectations. At this point, it looks as if this thing is indeed going to work. And think about the political dynamics. Because the Supreme Court decided to let states opt out of the Medicaid expansion, some states -- notably Texas -- will have a ...

An Interplanetary GPS Using Pulsar Signals
Spacecraft could determine their position anywhere in the solar system to within five kilometres using signals from x-ray pulsars, say astronomers. Navigating in space is a tricky business. The usual method relies on Earth-based tracking stations to work out a spacecraft's distance using radio waves, a process that is accurate to within a metre or so. That's fine for the radial distance, but ...

SIGN THE PETITION, learn about it: Feminist Campus - Campaign to Expose Fake Clinics
"Crisis Pregnancy Centers" (CPCs) or Pregnancy Resource Centers advertise on your campus and in your community. They pose as comprehensive women's health clinics and advertise under "abortion" and "family planning" services, but do not offer abortion services, contraception, or referrals. CPCs often provide false information about abortion, birth control, and the effectiveness of condoms for the prevention of STIs and HIV. Ultimately, their ...

4 Reasons ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ Is Secretly About Drugs
Nice, right? Anyway, here's my thesis: Raiders of the Lost Ark is not an action-adventure movie about an archaeologist who plays by his own rules and saves the day. Instead, the film is an exploration of Marion Ravenwood's crippling drug addiction. An addiction that was born from her unhealthy relationship and continued association with Indiana Jones. Is it true? Who cares. Can I prove ...

Woolwich: a History of Violence
As shocking and appalling as Wednesdays brutal murder was, Woolwich (wool-ich) is a not so surprising location for such an attack. As someone pretty local to Woolwich, I thought I might give a little profile of the area, if anyone is interested. Woolwich is traditionally a military area, with the old Arsenal at its centre and the new barracks one of London's important military ...

Rebranding, Continued. Governor Can’t Find a Single Latino in Pennsylvania to Work for Him
Pennsylvania Gov. CORBETT: No, we do not have any staff members in there. If you can ...

WAPO’s Glenn Kessler Gives Three “Pinocchios” To Claim of Doctored Emails
It has long been part of the Washington game for officials to discredit a news story by playing up errors in a relatively small part of it. Pfeiffer gives the impression that GOP operatives deliberately tried to "smear the president" with false, doctored e-mails. But the reporters involved have indicated they were told by their sources that these were summaries, taken from notes ...
