It couldn’t be happening to a more deserving group.

I can hardly wait for the death throes and who they blame it on. Can’t come quick enough for this boat load of charlatans and cheats. I also hope when they sink there is a shortage of life boats and some are never heard from again.

and of course a #tgdn troll is disputing this in twitter, pretending that because Fox ratings are still the highest that they haven’t gone down…

I’m sure there will always be an audience for the partisan muck Faux specializes in, but anything that reduces the support they receive via advertisers or any influence they have is to be welcomed.

I expect that some of their audience finally realized that they’re being lied to. It’s really difficult to not notice that Mitt Romney isn’t President no matter how large your blinders are.

Could be, but part of it is their audience is dying off or moving to assisted living, just like the Republican base is. I’m sure that in nursing homes, Fox News is still the only channel for “news”.

While Fox embraced the quest to make Obama a one term president with gusto, the rest of the country still liked Obama. Fox News alienated everyone who wasn’t a hard core conservative with their extremism. As a result, many moderate people stopped watching Fox.

Wait! Faux News had moderate viewers? Or just “moderate” viewers?

Either way, the drop in ratings is an excellent rebuttal against pandering to political extremes. Unlike the election, tv ratings can’t be gerrymandered.

It’s easy to revel in the catastrophic crash of the Republican Party on the Federal level, but one should would be wary of ANY one party holding complete dominance over governance. Having two SANE parties to choose from would be a much more desirable situation.

Could happen someday, but first the TPGOP must walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Derp.

After Fox News’ singular mission to make Obama a one term President , and falling flat on their faces , especially with the disarray televised for all to see on election night , their base is turning on them , like with Napoleon , banished then poisoned to death .
