North Korea carries out ‘successful’ nuclear test

North Korea carried out a nuclear test of a device believed to be in the six to seven kiloton range at 1157 KST today. A 5.1 Moment magnitude earthquake was detected in the northeast of the country, with a depth of one kilometer.
