Wayne LaPierre is, of course, just doing his job of riling the crazies so that he can continue to live in luxury on his fat salary. But the fact he spews this insanity shows that the NRA is pandering to crazy people who are actually looking forward to living in a “Mad Max” distopian nightmare.

I agree with all of your comments above, what is so flabbergasting about this whole thing is that this waste of DNA and other equally zonked out powderheads cannot grasp simple principles of reality. The problem that you cannot fix a problem with a problem is well beyond their comprehension.I hope that this jerk keeps on with the audible diarhea and the other pathological powderheads continue to froth at the mouth eyes revolving in opposite directions! This nation needs to see what obssesive dangerous people we are dealing with. I think some would pause for a thought if they would watch the movie Powder…the scene where Powder lays his hand on that dying deer and grabs the arm of that deputy and makes him feel what that animal feels. I think if we could devise a way to make gun owners and gunnuts feel the very last minutes or the suffering that they cause then perhaps they would start acting like human beings, that very reason is why my father only shot one deer in his years of hunting he told me that watching that deer die was almost like watching the german soldier die that he shot at very close range.

Wayne is the most cynical bastard I’ve ever come across. Yet he’s the one the GOP invites to hearings on gun control.

Suicides accounted for 55 percent of the nation’s nearly 31,000 firearm deaths in 2005, the most recent year for which statistics are available from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Just keep pushing MOAR GUNZ, Wayne. Maybe you can get that number up to 60% before you become a gibbering, drooling mass watching tv in a nursing home.

With all the water and food born disease that that entails.

Which is why I have stated that the rightwing in America are not sane or rational people and they can not be dealt with only marginalized. They American right literally thinks the world is going to end and they will live in a world like Cormac McCarthy’s “The Road” where their fellow Americans will become cannibals (why is it right wing Americans always think their fellow Americans become cannibals in these end time scenarios? I know Americans eat too much but come one! Eat some grass or acorns or some greens or something) and in fact the right wing in America wants the apocalyspe to happen.

Why does the right want the world to end? Because THEIR world is ending. They feel they are on the “losing” side (the right wing complaint they are always under siege by liberal media, etc) and are fighting a rear guard action to delay the end. So they wish to go out like a Kamikaze and end the world for their enemy as well as themselves with the belief the right wing would rise up from the ashes and take over and remake the world.

Yes, the right wing wish is almost like Charles Manson’s “Helter Skelter” wish.

PS:

“Hurricanes. Tornadoes. Riots. Terrorists. Gangs. Lone criminals. These are perils we are sure to face — not just maybe,” LaPierre wrote in a commentary published by The Daily Caller, a conservative news site. “It’s not paranoia to buy a gun. It’s survival. It’s responsible behavior, and it’s time we encourage law-abiding Americans to do just that.”

I did not know it was possible but the right wing dog whistled “Hurricanes. Tornadoes” to mean blacks and hispanics and that the white people need to be armed when the “Hurricanes. Tornadoes” riot and come to take their flat screen TVs and lazyboys.

Ehh, Wayne should move to my neighborhood. It’s pretty safe and there’s a strong sense of community. Of course, we’re by and large fairly liberal and there are probably not too many guns, but I think we could ride out the zombie apocalypse pretty well together-especially if Mr. LaPierre doesn’t move in.

I know where I want to be in a Zombie apocalypse. A gay socialist green community with it’s own community garden and compost system.
