Now the birfers can fulminate about how Obama “got to” Roberts.

2 Dr. Matt  Tue, Feb 19, 2013 8:46:56am

Have the birfers and Oily Taintz started screeching that the SCOTUS should be “impeached”?

3 Dr. Matt  Tue, Feb 19, 2013 8:52:09am

Uh, I’m a little unclear on something:

Is “12A712 KWASNIK, MAREK A. V. FNMA” related to Oily or is that a different case? The “applications for stay addressed to The Chief Justice and referred to the Court are denied” is listed under 12A712 and not 12A606.

About three years ago, although she wanted them arrested for treason and executed.

Ah, more of that “pro-life” conservatism we keep hearing about.

Sloppiness on my part. Both were directed to the Chief Justice, both were denied.

I should have edited “2A712” out for clarity.

Ok. Odd though because when you now click on that docket nothing appears:

AH. It was Teh Google Chrome! I opened it Explorer and it worked. First time Explorer trumps Teh Google.

Orly finally responds, but of course, gets it wrong:

“02.19.2013 order from the Supreme Court of the United States does not state whether the case was granted or denied, no answer yet, no treason yet by the justices of the Supreme Court.”

Orly finally responds, but of course, gets it wrong:

Even better:

We are proceeding with the demand for the hearing in the Judiciary committee: 5 justices never received the applications, none received the supplemental brief, no signatures anywhere

13 RealityBasedSteve  Tue, Feb 19, 2013 11:09:33am

I know there are some on the right who are convinced that Orly is actually a plant from the left put there in order to discredit the birther movement. Of course these are the same people who say that Neo-Nazis are actually Liberals, because they have the word “Socialists” in their organization name.

Personally I think she may well be a competent dentist (being nice now, since I have nothing to base it on), but if I were in court and she showed up as my attorney, I would figure I’d have a 50% chance of becoming the first man in history to be sentenced to death by summary firing squad due to a simple zoning ordinance violation.

Who like to think that Orly is the sprinkles on the right-wing banana split of derp

re: #13 RealityBasedSteve

She’s like the plumber in the HR Block commericals, who also happens to do tax returns.

She can claim expertise in a whole lot of things, but she’s not exactly successful in anything other than raising her own profile by engaging in this wasteful line of lawsuits that have repeatedly been struck down by the courts - including the US Supreme Court.

She ignores the Rule of 4 and that all it takes is 4 judges for the Court to consider. She’s yet to convince even 1 from the looks of it. Attempts to find a justice who is willing to listen have failed. She’s tried different justices, and failed.

From everything I’ve read about her antics over the years, I believe she is the most incompetent lawyer ever. And that’s saying something.

But Orly says there are actually TWO Obamas

Orly is the best lawyer/dentist/realtor EVER.

 Frank says:

I was writing all kinds of positive and negative canons and weird inverted this and retrograde that and getting as spaced-out mathematically as I could and I was going "Wait a minute (laughs), who cares about that stuff?" I had always liked rhythm and blues so here I was stuck between the slide rule and the gut bucket somewhere and I decided that I would opt for a third road someplace in between. -- From an 1972 interview to Martin Perlich.
