It should have denied without comment, the whole thing is to stupid for a comment.

No , It should have been denied with prejudice , meaning wingnut Taitz would be fined and disbarred should she continue with frivolous lawsuits , wasting the Courts time and resources . I think in total this is Taitz’ 100 tth smackdown ….enough is enough .

Orly doesn’t know when enough is enough. She sees herself as our heroine, protecting the masses from what they simply don’t understand. Those with even an ounce of sanity see her as a drooling wingnut, without any sense of reality.

OK, I really don’t know what Orly thinks, but it has to be thought in some dark lonely place.

How long before Orly claims the SCOTUS is corrupt?

Well, the teabaggers already believe Roberts has been compromised due to his vote on healthcare. It’s not a far stretch for them to claim the same for everyone else (except for Scalia who is too evil and his shadow puppet Thomas, who is too stupid)

Are there no possible ramifications against Oily Taints for these countless, wasteful, and baseline filings? This is beyond reckless at this point.

That’s one of the favorite memes in the RWN, usually they base it on there being some questions about where his adopted children came from, and if there were some violations of Irish law regarding them.

As for Orly, as I said in a previous thread on this, she’s the sprinkles on the Right Wing Nuttery Banana Split of Derp. Some on the RW Forums feel that she’s actually a plant from the liberals to discredit the birthers, and others feel that she is the only true patriot (r) out there, fighting to uncover the truths that the Lame Stream Media that’s is Obama’s lapdog and is controlled by the Saudis and Soros, who is the grand puppetmaster, are trying to conceal from the AMERICAN PEOPLE. (and in the act of typing that, several of my brain cells killed themselves).

RBS
Who wouldn’t want Orly within 50 feet of him as either a lawyer or a dentist.

The SC wasn’t Orly’s only defeat yesterday. She got her ass handed to her in Mississippi too.

Note that the judge took the time to try to instruct Orly on how a real attorney is supposed to do things. He should have sanctioned her. She couldn’t even get the name of the Mississippi Democratic Party right, which isn’t all that surprising since she often misspells her own name.

Orly thinks that treason has been committed by the Supreme Court.

Oily Taint and the T-Potty ilk simply do not operate on the same wavelength as rational sane earthlings.Perhaps they are the evidence they are seeking regarding secret liberal science projects in genetic engineering….they are the horrible monsterous failures that they seek to destroy! They do serve a public service though..they show us what real crazy is and how to avoid it…Be and Vote Democratic…Oh and file 13 the Bible if you are unable to take it in Proper context as a lesson and NOT a weapon to defend your ignorance and enable you to hate by scripture.

Your Weekly Peggy Noonan Three Martini Column
We are in the midst of the worst Washington scandal since Watergate. The reputation of the Obama White House has, among conservatives, gone from sketchy to sinister, and, among liberals, from unsatisfying to dangerous. No one likes what they're seeing. The Justice Department assault on the Associated Press and the ugly politicization of the Internal Revenue Service have left the administration's credibility deeply, ...

4 Things We Should Remember When Arguing About Politics
Political discourse in America has reached levels of douchebaggery previously only theorized about but never observed, like conversational dark matter. We're in a whole new world of hating people based solely on their opinions on a few key issues, and since this is unexplored territory, our conversations about politics are usually only a couple notches beyond the "hold your breath until the other ...

LAPD Reformed as Federal Oversight Lifted, City Leaders Say
Los Angeles leaders say the Los Angeles Police Department has undergone a dramatic transformation since federal oversight of the agency was ordered 12 years ago. The dismissal Wednesday of the so-called consent decree, which arose largely out of the Rampart corruption scandal and addressed basic problems of accountability that stretched back decades, delivered a largely symbolic, but nonetheless important milestone for the LAPD ...

Seems a good way to solicit ideas for touristing destinations and activities. Will have 4-5 days so some opportunity for visiting multiple sites.
