I stopped over a minute from the end. The Americans in denial mode, trying to sound reassuring got too sickening for me. If there was no real problem in the Republican party they wouldn’t have to take that insincere tone like they’re trying to calm a 3 year old. It’s ludicrous.

This is all well in good but I’m sure that President Obama welcomes McCain’s apparent willingness to cooperate on immigration reform. We should also admire McCain’s willingness to stand up to many in his constituency which is a trait rarely found in any party. Yes, it’s a laughable side shoe but we’re not looking for entertainment when forming public policy but good tangible result of which McCain this seems willing to follow through.
