Bibb Pastor Wanted on Rape, Child Molestation Charges
Bibb County deputies have obtained arrest warrants for a pastor accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at his house on two occasions in mid-January.
Yohandry Bravo, 39, is wanted for aggravated child molestation and rape, said Jamey Jones, a sheriff’s office investigator.
Bravo is pastor of Ministerio Internacional Jesús es el Señor on Hawkinsville Road, which has a congregation of between 200 and 250 people.
His son, 15-year-old Jose, was killed Nov. 23, 2012, after he stepped onto Hawkinsville Road to retrieve a hat that had blown out of the car he had been riding in.
After his son’s death, a couple of families moved in with Yohandry Bravo and his family at their home across from Smiley’s Flea Market on Hawkinsville Road, Jones said.
A 16-year-old girl was among the new people in the Bravo home.
