Who got custody of the luffa?

Notice that there’s now at least one Republican legislature trying to take away the right to no-fault divorce? I bet OReily would agree with that, but notice that with his abuse of the police he was trying to take away his WIFE’S right to leave him, ie she was chattle in his eyes.
I never cease to be shocked at how these assholes wish to take away freedoms that everyone needs and uses. Freedoms that they need and use themselves. And they get maximally nasty about everyone else using them. All the while they lie that it is the Democrats who threaten freedom.

Wouldn’t an annulment make his children illegitimate?

I’m Jewish and don’t know Catholic law. That’s an honest question.

re: #3 Joanne

I’m not Catholic either, but I don’t think they consider children conceived during a marriage, even if it is later annulled, to be illegitimate since a legitimate marriage was thought to exist at the time of conception. The government certainly wouldn’t since the civil marriage existed and was dissolved.

None of that alters the fact that O’Reilly is a hypocrite of the first order.

re: #3 Joanne

I dont think O’Reilly has the grounds for an Annulment . The marriage has been consumated in that there are children by their union .Since the Roman Catholic Church does not recognize divorce, remarriage for O’Reilly or his ex wife is not recognized . If either remarries , they cannot recieve Communion . Any sex therefore by either with anyone else is considered adultery, both on their part and any future partner either may take, according to Roman Catholicism . In short , they’re both fucked .[ no pun intended ]

Thanks, guys!

I can’t see how you invalidate a marriage without invalidating the children that marriage produced. But then again, there is a lot of religion I do not understand.

Aligarr, I will bet you $10,000 (which I, unlike Mitt Romney, do not have, but play along here) that BillO does get his annulment. I will be shocked if he doesn’t. Rich people (AKA people who give mass amounts of money to any cause) usually get what they want.

I’ll be he gets the annulment too.

Bill just wants to have his cake and eat it too. One more stain upon the “Sanctity Of Marriage” by one more hypocrite.

In the RC church, it’s all about $$$$. He waves enough of it in front of the right person, he’ll get his annulment.
