I made a mistake in my list of tags for this post. The sponsor of the anti-affirmative action cases is Edward Blum, not Andrew Blum, as the article makes plain. I’ll correct this later when I have access to my laptop at home.

Aww, poor persecuted white people. I’ve been white for all of my 46 years, and every day it’s been a terrible burden being Caucasian in America.

And I’m a man, too. So you can only imagine the difficulty I’ve had during my life in a country where there’s a “war on men” and white people only make up 64% of the population.////

Since her grades and scores weren’t good enough to make race a factor, doesn’t she lack standing to bring this case? It’s as if I sued the tobacco companies for causing my cancer except that I don’t have cancer.
