Let’s ask a few more:

- Would you prefer this guy got lost in the crowd and disappeared with every city being concerned (does he have other co-conspirators who could go to any major city in the US and inflict more carnage)?

- Would it have been better had he taken a hostage from someone in that crowd?

- Would it have been better to allow another bomb to go off in another crowded area?

One could second guess no matter what is done. The fact is that these men killed people - the second time out-and-out assassinating a cop, throwing IED’s out their car window.

From earlier photos, my take was that this guy, the one they caught, had the look of a stone-cold killer as he walked away from the carnage last Monday. He was almost smirking.

They proved they were both armed and extremely dangerous, as the police had said, and to those carping, I would just like to say…fuck you. Especially if you’re not from the area that was terrorized several times over a single week.

Hows about a “conspiracy ” from a Chechyan relative :

They made our boys enemies of the American nation,” Maret Tsarnaeva said, according to the paper. “They made them victims of the conspiracy.”

She continued: “They needed somebody to blame for something they committed themselves so they got them, so rejoice people, rejoice.”

The suspects’ father, Anzor Tsarnaev, also believes his sons are innocent.

“They were set up, they were set up!” Anzor Tsarnaev told the Associated Press in a phone interview from the southern Russian republic of Dagestan. “I saw it on television.”

Anzor called Dzhokhar “a true angel.”

….sound familiar ?
