You can always tell whether something was said by someone on the right or the left. If someone professes to “know” what the president is doing or what his actions/words mean, 99.999% of the time, it’s a RWer. They seem to have the best crystal balls in the universe when it comes to interpreting what others mean!

I am either reading this wrong or he misspoke but wouldn’t “crying anything but crocodile tears” mean he was in fact sincerely crying?

You just can’t compromise with people like this. If you can’t even get people to agree that you’re horrified by a tragedy like this one, you can’t compromise with them.
