Actually, I remember reading about what happens when somebody dies without a will or heirs; the question being do the assets go to the: Municipality, State, or Federal Governments?

The answer was the State, this being an instance where the 10th Amendment kicks in. So in this case, it looks like the fools and crooks up in Albany will have a lucky break due to Mr. Blum’s short-sightedness.

OMG! This is the guy who kept sending me emails telling me that he wanted to leave a lot of money to a worthy person. I thought it was some kind of scam, but I guess I was wrong.

It’s not really chutzpah. Everyone should have some friend who after the funeral will say “Yes, but he/she could be loony sometimes…”
