Inspector General’s Report: IRS Scandal Due to “Inefficient Management”
So after the IRS publicly apologized for improperly limiting scrutiny of 501(c)(4) applications to Tea Party groups, and the subsequent slow drip of “leaks” from the Inspector General’s report that was released to Congress, said report has finally been put out to the public:
