This proposed march borders on being an incitement to instigate an armed mob.

The behavior of the Republican Party, and certain conservative pundits since January 20, 2009 has bordered on that too.

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - A Santa Fe businessman is in trouble with federal authorities for allegedly selling two African elephant tusks.

The U.S. Department of Justice says a grand jury in Pensacola, Fla., indicted Charles Kokesh this week on three counts, including violating the Endangered Species Act and making a false statement.

Officials say Kokesh legally imported a sport-hunted African elephant trophy mount from Namibia, but then illegally sold the two tusks to a buyer in Florida for $8,100.

This is just the latest legal trouble for Kokesh.

The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that he is being sued for defaulting on a $4.3 million debt on his Santa Fe home.

He’s also negotiating with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which has accused him of misappropriating $45 million from investors during his days as a venture capitalist.

IMO, Wiles makes some very valid points. Kokesh and his nuts seem to be wishing for some sort of confrontation with federal law enforcement officials. I think they’d view it as some sort of victory, although, it would probably be a pyrrhic victory.

I have strongly suspected for a good time now that Alex Jones is linked to the ultra-secretive extreme right fifth column group Council For National Policy (CNP), a haven for extremists, holy rollers and Birchers as well as military industrial complex types. Some of the fascist luminaries at one time connected to CNP which incidentally was founded by Reverend Timothy LaHaye of the Left Behind apocalyptic pulp trash series is a who’s who of anti-America wingnuts and nutjobs-

Colonel Oliver North
General John Singlaub
Edwin Meese
R.J. Rushdoony
Nelson Bunker Hunt
Larry Pratt (a regular Jones guest)
Richard DeVos
Gary Bauer
Jerry Falwell (currently roasting on a spit in the bowels of Hades)

Among many, many others. Note the presence of both North and Meese key members of the Reagan administration (Iran Contra) as well as Gen. Singlaub a repugnant renegade military officer. This organization bears a serious investigation.

As for Jones, a conspiracy theory spewing whacko several years ago he was asked about this organization by Peter Dale Scott and he denied ever having heard of it despite the obvious regurgitating of church-Birch nexus talking points that have now apparently gotten to the stage of trying to incite an armed insurrection against the sitting government. It smacks of an American version of the legendary Operation Gladio NATO stay behind operation in post WW II Europe.

I would bet money on it that Jones is CNP.

Just my two cents
