Of course, this is a partisan Democrat who that same year fled the state because her party didn’t like Gov. Walker’s union-limiting law. So I’d say I a quantity of skepticism is in order.

“Fleeing the state” is a time honored (Abraham Lincoln himself tried to do it at one point!) tradition for how you filibuster by denying quorum in a system where other forms of filibuster do not exist by other means. Are you really going to hold it against every single democrat who ever filibustered anything and if so why?

You can be such a partisan hack sometimes. And really using the fact that she fled the state as proof she’s not credible when your own state’s most famous son and Republican to boot did the same? Come the hell on.
