I really doesn’t matter who they are, what gender they are or what they are doing, it still gives me the willies.

Then I would recommend people not think about it.
I don’t know that it’s any more disgusting than what everyone else is doing, but why torture yourself? Personally, I go through many days without giving any thought at all to what other people might be doing in bed (or the living room, or wherever.)
