If you want to see more Americans step up Mr. King, then why not make it easier for them to do so?

Oh, just come out and say it, Rep. King. You are sorry that the South lost and you wish slavery was still a valid method to staff your business.

My wife’s comment: Just come out and say it, Rep. King. You want poor people to die.

Here’s a better idea. How about abolishing the minimum wage, which rightwingers will love, and provide a basic minimum income, so that even the unemployed can get the basics of life, and health care coverage through Medicaid.

Clearly he has no idea what hard work it is to look for a job.

He wants to cut off all unemployment and assistance benefits so that people will be so desperate they will work for whatever below-subsistence wages the big corporations deign to throw in the dirt.

Hey you laid-off IT engineers, there’s fruits and lettuce that needs pickin’! Them Walmart shelves ain’t gonna stock themselves!

Let’s see Steve King get unemployed and have to find a real job that isn’t just being a right wing shill.

Steve King is an old school pandering prick, of the Charles Dickens school of economics and welfare. I think that’s what the GOP considers a purist these days.

Steve King is unusually stupid and vicious, even for a contemporary Republican.

re: #8 EPR-radar

Steve King is unusually stupid and vicious, even for a contemporary Republican.

I disagree; he is the very model of a modern GOP Congressman.
