Mark Levin launched into a tirade over President Obama’s speech in Maryland yesterday about the full rollout of Obamacare, and came to the truly ironic conclusion that he is unstable.

Here’s our unstable President again. Cut 2, go:

OBAMA: They-they said these rates would come in real high and everyone’s premiums would be sky-high and it turns out, lo and behold, actually, the prices came in lower than we expected. Lower than I predicted!

Stop, stop. “Lower than we expected.” Did the man not say that premiums would go down, over a year’s period, by $2,500? Do I have to drag out the audio to prove the point? Now it’s “lower than expected.” First of all, they’re not “lower than expected.” Secondly, prices have not come down. they’re skyrocketing! This man does not live in reality. He’s a serial liar. He is delusional. That’s right! I said it! He’s unstable. You have to be off your rocker to believe the kind of stuff he’s talking - Sorry! Sorry! I know, I know this offends some people (not most by the way) but some. I get it. But we only speak the truth here. We only speak the truth. That’s right! You can trash Sarah Palin, and you’re given - you’re given stars. “Oh good one!” You can trash Ted Cruz and you’re given stars. “Oh, don’t talk about Obama.” I’ll talk about Obama all I want to.
