Actually, Bruce Gordon was Eclipso.

The Theory of Evolution is, in fact, a theory. It explains the observation that evolution occurs.

Biologists agree that descent with modification is one of the most reliably established facts in science.[8] Discoveries in evolutionary biology have made a significant impact not just within the traditional branches of biology, but also in other academic disciplines (e.g., anthropology and psychology) and on society at large.[9][10]

Evolution is a fact in the sense that it is overwhelmingly validated by the evidence. Frequently, evolution is said to be a fact in the same way as the Earth revolving around the Sun is a fact.[18][19] The following quotation from H. J. Muller, “One Hundred Years Without Darwin Are Enough” explains the point.
…. in this use of the term fact, the only proper one, evolution is a fact.[20]

evolution is a fact - there are theories of evolution - however - evolution is still a fact. an observable, provable, fact.

As I said, evolution occurs. What did you think that means?

nah you are parsing and arguing semantics - what i said is not only correct - it is actually how scientists view evolution,

evolution is a provable, observable fact.

there are theories that involve evolution - but blue footed boobies and dogs, and sickle cell anemia all help PROVE evolution’s existence.

be as obtuse as you like - arguing for the sake of arguing is not my bag baby.

onwards soldier..

btw remember the point here you were arguing was whether i was correct in pointing out evolution is a provable occurrence - i met that burden of proof - you however did not meet your burden - which of course would be providing evidence that evolution is not a provable fact.

you did not do this… which makes me wonder why you bothered to comment in the first place.

burdens suck - but they do exist - you shirked yours….why?
