That’s what the article says if you actually read it.

Yes it does. I was making a joke about it though. There will be those that will be disappointed as there needs to be guns, tanks, planes, bombs, troop movements, battle plans, death, destruction and more guns to be a real war.

The President making speeches all around the world, a PowerPoint presentation, Excel Budget Spreadsheets and a few Word Docs in PDF format are not tools of war.

Now, as negotiations between the Palestinians and Israelis reach a critical juncture, the Saudis might sweeten the deal with financial incentives that would finally salve this awful wound. Israel and the Levant and Egypt and Arabia have potential far beyond mere oil, if they were to help foster synergies, instead of trumped-up enmities.

indeed!!! great ty randall.

Wow, is that bullshit. The Saudis were the prime movers behind the Arab League peace plan of 2002 and 2007. I got no love for the House of Saud, but the idea that they bear the primary responsibility for the lack of an Israeli-Palestinian peace is just laughable.

when i was a kid they used to say that WWIII would be over in a half an hour, and WWIV would be fought with sticks and stones

There are fewer nukes around now and its possible to imagine a large-scale war that Russia stayed out of.
