I always joked that a dinosaur woke up one day with a cough and that was the beginning of the end. Climate change is real and the consequences can be as simple, and destructive, as this.

Okay, true, but I wasn’t denying climate change, and neither was Akshat Rathi, nor did he claim that climate change had nothing to do with the end Permian mass extinction.

How did you read that into my remark? I insinuated nothing. I always suspected germs were a contributing factor in the mass extinctions. The author suggests climate. I agree. There was no negative coming from me. Cold and heat play a part in what lives and dies. My example can be seen on the hillsides of Colorado. Calm down.
