Yup, a wasted life.
Sad, really, though I don’t think for a minute he really believes he wasted his life. He made a bundle, right?

yeah he made a bundle, but his legacy sucks. Guys like Beck, they care about legacy.

That’s real funny coming from a loathsome specimen like Glenn Beck. There are few things in the world that Beck can be likened to without insulting that which is compared to Beck.

Bot fly larvae come to mind.

Beck will totally forget he ever said this an hour after saying it.

You can’t take anything Beck says seriously.

i dunno - there have been some signs for some time that the man may actually be consulting his conscience and taking stock of his place in the world.

i’m willing to give him the benefit of doubt he never gives his targets -

re: #5 palmerskiss

Well this part is probably true.

Beck said he’s planning to refurbish a large studio in Texas in order to eventually shoot movies there. Beck already has at least three movies planned — one taking place during antiquity, one in modern times and one about faith and spirituality — and has optioned several other ideas, too.

But the “I’ve wasted my life” part? Not a chance.

A grifter’s got to grift, and nothing ropes the marks in better than being able to fake sincerity.

re: #5 palmerskiss

i’ve been wondering the same about Beck, especially when i heard how he opposed the Bundy Rancher and violent resistance.

But he’s also got a big enough ego to still think he’s the next MLK, or should be

8 freetoken  Apr 17, 2014 5:35:52pm

He’s wasting other peoples’ lives, too.

9 ObserverArt  Apr 17, 2014 6:00:17pm

Why am I having a hard time feeling sorry for Glenn?

Oh, I know why. Because it is going to take a long time to live down being a fake-ass piece of crap that used so much character assassination, derision and political slime to make a killing. The guy has known what he was doing from day one.

Elmer Gantry.

But at least he has a fortune to comfort his aching conscience.

Unless he loses the lawsuit from the Saudi student he publicly libeled and defamed after the Boston Marathon bombings.

An achilles heel, perhaps.

i do not see anyway he wins that case. There is easily demonstrated harm, absolute defamation, I just hope the damages take a large enough bite out of Beck’s bank account,

Now he can waste the rest of his life making crappy movies.

I’ll agree with that. My dad had to have a bot fly larvae carved out of the back of his neck.
