his constituents say the militia have set up checkpoints where residents must prove they live in the area before they are allowed to pass

**Waiting for better confirmation than “constituent says”

Then lets chat about the reality on the ground. if true okay call in the police. If not, call it the BS it just might be.

**not to be confused with defending the militia. Strong claims call for strong evidence.

If true, I don’t know what makes militia members setting up checkpoints and asking for “papers” any less insidious than their fear of the Feds ever doing it.

The Feds are evil communists while the militias are True American Patriots.

There was that video of the white nationalist gang members (they are NOT a milita) stopping and and harassing the press in the area. It wouldn’t surprise me at all to discover that they were harassing and intimidating random civilians in the area.

The Feds are going to have to do something. Sooner, not later.

this is something Libertarians, radical anti-government types, and Anarchists never seem to learn— Power always rushes in to fill a vacuum. You cannot escape the need for certain humans to try and assume power wherever there are other humans to dominate and control.

Like the “anarchist” moonbats, these fascist assholes don’t really oppose authority, they simply oppose any authority but their own.
