Far from beĀing setĀtled, he has reĀopened the deĀbate.
Many pro-choice supĀportĀers disĀmiss atĀtempts to chalĀlenge the staĀtus quo by claimĀing womenās abĀsolute right to aborĀtions is guarĀanĀteed/proĀtected by sec. 7 of the CanaĀdian CharĀter of Rights and FreeĀdoms. To them, a quick, āItās the CharĀter stuĀpid,ā is sufĀfiĀcient to put any pro-life misĀcreĀant in her/his place, and thatās supĀposed to put an end to the disĀcusĀsion. AfĀter all, who wants to stand against the conĀstiĀtuĀtion?
