Hopefully you’re correct, and these “American Spring” idiots don’t actually have anywhere near enough support to overthrow Obama. If they actually think that the American people would rather live under their “Tribunal” which anyone with half a brain would regard as far more tyrannical than Obama, they’re living in a wingnut dream world. If they do turn violent, the good news is, that they’ll just end up behind bars.

I can’t help but be worried through that the government’s weak response to Cliven Bundy’s Lawlessness has emboldened them.

I’ve enjoyed reading their “assumptions” including the 10 million figure for attendees. Aside from the lack of porta potties, have these geniuses figured out how much physical space that will be required for even the one million people they “expect” to stay until all the lawfully elected/appointed Democrats in the government resign? I don’t think they’ll be sleeping standing up.

Oh, and when you bring DC to a halt, how will services (food delivery?) be provided? My mind. It is boggled.

Some disparaging words are beginning to be heard at OAS today.

I don’t know, Filly… this whole thing is turning into a disorganized mess, from what I can see. The .ning web site is full of broken links, images that don’t open, multiple signups, multiple web sites, multiple Facebook pages, wildly scattered documents, 404-not-found URLs, all kinds of headaches. I tried to log in to “Live Chat” and was asked to “sign up for Constitutional Emergency”? What? Sign up for “Constitutional Emergency”???? Then when I tried to sign up to post on the forums there (which are somehow different from the forums here) it sent me back to signing up for “Constitutional Emergency,” where they want to know my real name, my phone number, my “reason for joining,” and all kinds of personal data. Then just TODAY, I saw this document on there about how people whose last names start with different letters are supposed to show up on different dates, going all the way through July. I mean, WTF?

Then you have the OAS leadership going on the NATIONAL MEDIA and talking about how Obama might order a DRONE ATTACK on OAS (rolls eyes), state chapter leaders saying things like “wear your militia uniforms and stand in formation,” this constant obsession with the Bundy affair, EVERY conversation on the forums turning into a pissing match, and you can see why the whole movement’s become a comedy. It’s a classic case of too many chiefs, horrible web site design, and information mismanagement, everybody saying something different. Then you had the trolls wrecking the forums and the site admins apparently had NO idea how to properly block them. MILLIONS of people went to operationamericanspring.org, saw all this mess and walked away laughing. THAT is why the mainstream media isn’t bothering with OAS: its credibility went up in smoke ages ago.

I fully expect this post to be deleted (so much for free speech, eh?), but at least I said my piece. I fully, totally support the objectives of OAS, but the sheer incompetence, however well intended, of the people running it is just too exasperating to take seriously. If anything, I’m really pissed off, because this noble project, which had SO much potential, has been wasted. And now, as icing on the cake, a massive storm system will move into the DC area early tomorrow morning.

Sorry to have to mention this but just found out TJ McCann is now badmouthing OAS, stating that the Colonel is serving up conservatives, religious and ex-military on a platter for Obama to declare martial law. He did this in a reply to my comment on the BeforeItsNews story titled “COUP ALERT: Operation American Spring is a Trap” by truther.org. Really makes me sad that TJ has apparently chickened out!!! Most of you probably already know this and I am, as usual, a day late and a dollar short!!!

The mid-goal is to retain a million or so in a Bonus Army Camp situation for ‘as long as it takes’.

So this is how it’s all supposed to go down.

Phase 1 - Field millions, as many as ten million, patriots who will assemble in a peaceful, non-violent, physically unarmed (Spiritually/Constitutionally armed), display of unswerving loyalty to the US Constitution and against the incumbent government leadership, in Washington, D.C., with the mission to bring down the existing leadership. Go full-bore, no looking back, steadfast in the mission.

Phase 2 - One million or more of the assembled 10 million must be prepared to stay in D.C. as long as it takes to see Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Attorney General Holder removed from office.

The senior republican in the US House of Representatives will become Speaker of the House and the US House of Representatives will elect a temporary President and Vice President of the United States. The U.S. Senate will take action to elect a new majority and minority leader.

As required, the U.S. Congress will execute appropriate legislation to convene new elections or U.S. States will appoint replacements for positions vacated consistent with established constitutional requirements.

Phase 3 - Those with the principles of a West, Cruz, Dr. Ben Carson, Lee, DeMint, Paul, Gov Walker, Sessions, Gowdy, Jordan, will comprise a tribunal and assume positions of authority to convene investigations, recommend appropriate charges against politicians and government employees to the new U.S. Attorney General appointed by the new President.

*All actions in Phase 2 & 3 will be consistent with the U.S. Constitution.

So now you know what to look for.

Association? “American Spring” is obviously supposed to invoke “Arab Spring” but they keep referring to this “Egyptian Spring” which nobody has ever heard of before. I’ve been turning this over and over in my head. Who on Earth thought that claiming 10 to 30 million people were marching on Washington DC was a good idea?

10 million people is 15 times the population of the city itself. 30 million would be over 45 times the population. You can’t stuff that many people in one place without horrible logistical nightmares. And they claim that “up to one million” people will stay behind to ensure the orderly transition to the New Derp Order? So the population of DC is just going to double overnight, then? Where are they going to stay? Are they just going to move into peoples’ homes? Will the Mall become a giant squatter’s camp?

Hell, how would you MOVE 10 million people into one city in a single day? Airlines don’t have that many flights headed into the city and trying to arrive by driving would jam the highways for days, if not weeks.
