this is because this case from the start was not intended to be narrow in scope. The Conservative takeover of the country by any means necessary has a known understanding that subversion of democracy is the only strategy for defeating Obama.

This ruling is a direct subversion of democracy by allowing the Court to create a supremacist subset of America that can ignore law. The Court can decide which particular religion is “correct.” The Court can decide who has true religious convictions and who does not. The Court can decide to hear those cases sympathetic to base ideology and ignore cases brought that do not. This ruling cements the American Theocracy is here, and only Constitutional Amendment can change it- meaning not going to happen anytime soon.

If Hillary Clinton can’t figure out a way to ride this decision into the WH, then she is just hopeless as a candidate.

Simply put, we need to turn the tables on the whole “corporations are people with religious rights” issue. Since the Supremes have declared that corporations are people and that certain laws can violate a corporation’s religious beliefs, then corporate law which says the individual owner of a corporation cannot be personally liable for the corporation’s actions should be tested in court.
