Forgive me but i don’t get it (objections to corporations having constitutional protection) at all. This is already long settled from my admittedly sideways view. It’s about which apply not if. Who would argue media corporations lack 1st amendment protections on the material they wholly generate?

Once we accept it’s more selective than memes will allow we have a better shot at progress on many kinds of policy.

Maybe corporations that move their headquarters overseas should lose their first amendment rights!

As I’ve said before, corporations are only half people. The have all the privileges and rights of a citizen, but none of the duties or responsibilities.

Nice work if you can get it.
