Interesting, but it seems counterproductive for the people who figured it out to brag about it and show/explain exactly how they identified the location. Now ISIS will be extra careful not to give so much away in the future by utilizing Photoshop’s retouching tools. They’re sadistic & brutal, but not stupid.

Rightwingconspirator,

Sweet irony.

Good point. Unfortunately you’re probably right.

Gonna cross my fingers and optimistically say the guys that really need to find them can. FWIW it’s ground and air our military knows all to well how to do surveillance and fight in. I also expect a lot of local help given the sheer brutality. I don’t think our warfighters needed the help.

As much as I hate to see us back there, somebody has to stop these guys in their tracks or we will all live to regret it. Frankly we may be better about civilian casualties than others would be.

I would also add that we should imprison any ‘Islamic State’ supporter in the U.S. for that matter. There’s way too many of them on Facebook it seems like.

There are already laws on the books for dealing with those who provide material support for terrorism.

If you’re talking about creating Orwellian Thought Police, you’re crazy.

These stupid punk ass kids I see on Facebook and Instagram who don’t obviously look religious but will sing praises towards the “Caliphate” and call for murdering Shi’as (as I have seen on preacher Omar Suleiman’s FB page), they are the ones that are making the lives of normal Muslims miserable and something needs to be done with these brainwashed Da’esh supporters.

Indeed. One of the ironic benefits of free speech, is that real life trouble makers and would be troublemakers have the same tendency to run their mouths like fictional villains do. In other words, freedom allows the bad guys to identify themselves, without dressing up in gaudy costumes.

I’m not gonna disagree with you on that one.

It just irks me because these are the same fuckwits who often whine about oppression of Muslims at the hands of the “kuffar” yet these idiots don’t realize their stupidity and actions is what’s fueling worldwide Islamophobia.
